Purchased 2 boxed sets of the Denby Elements to replace the Denby Reflex set that’s been owned for over 20 years and has now faded with constant dishwasher washing. The quality is superb and we made the most of the 30% off promotion at the time to make this a great value for money purchase. The 2 sales assistants (Chloe and Amanda) were a great help in helping us to buy the pasta dishes from another store via click and collect. Attractive glaze and colour. Oven proof as well as microwave and dishwasher proof which is really useful. At first I thought the side plates were a bit too large but in fact they have proved very versatile.

We bought this set and extras to make complete 6 person service. it is exactly what we need, good quality, nice to use. HOWEVER DO NOT order online, ours arrived badly packed and obviously dropped and therefore in pieces thanks to DHL. The shop was excellent at replacing all items swiftly, i will always buy in store from now on, or click and collect.
